One Draycott is developed by Champsworth Development Pte Ltd is an associated company that falls under Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB) group.

SDB is publicly listed in Malaysia and has enjoyed good reputation in property development across Malaysia and Singapore. SDB started its business in 1962 in the tin-mining business. Since 1980s, SDB started to diversify their business into hardware manufacturing and manufacturing of tyre rims for retail business.

The management has decided to expand its foray into property development in 1985, and eventually they are now fully focused on property development, property management, and leasing.

Some of the recent key development in Singapore includes, Hijauan on Cavenagh, Gilstead Two, Jui Residences and others. Future residents of One Draycott can look forward to moving into this luxurious Draycott development once it is completed.
